The free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial, no card needed. It includes $1 of calls at Google’s price on our Gemini key, one agent, one phone system, two calls at once, and about 120 pages of knowledge. Trial calls last up to 5 minutes. The trial ends after 14 days or when the $1 is spent, whichever comes first. Each email address gets one trial.
You can add your own Gemini key or buy Vorelai credit during the trial. Then calls run on that once the trial’s $1 is used (on your own key, straight away), with no 5-minute limit. The 14 days still end the trial: pick a plan before then, and nothing changes for your callers.
Plans
Plans differ only in how much you can run at once. Yearly costs 10 months’ price for 12.

A phone system is one trunk: a PBX, or a connected carrier account. Need more calls at once than the largest plan? Write to us and we raise it for your workspace.
Moving to a smaller plan switches off what it doesn’t allow, newest first: agents past its number stop answering, and trunks past its number stop taking calls. Settings lists them before you confirm, and you can switch others off instead first. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which also handles VAT and sales tax; Card, invoices, cancelling in Settings opens its customer portal.
Paying for calls with Vorelai credit
The simplest way: buy credit in Settings → Call credit, in packs from $25, and calls run on our Gemini key. Each call costs Google’s price plus our 25% fee, shown on the call. See What a call costs.
- Low-balance email. Owners get one when credit falls below $5, or below a fifth of the last top-up if that’s more, and another if it can’t cover a call.
- Monthly limit. Set the most calls may spend in a calendar month. Past it, new calls go to your fallback until the month ends or you raise it.
- Running out. A call in progress runs as far as the credit allows, then goes to your fallback. New calls go to the fallback until you add credit.

Or your own Gemini key
Add a Gemini API key from Google AI Studio in Settings, and calls run on it: Google bills you directly, and we add nothing. The key is checked with Google before it’s saved, and stored encrypted; we only ever show its last four characters.
Use a key with billing switched on. On Google’s free tier, Google may use callers’ audio and your agent’s answers to improve its products, and people may read them, so it isn’t meant for personal information. If Google stops accepting your key, calls are turned away until you fix it or remove it, and we email you. Remove the key and calls go back to your Vorelai credit.
If a payment fails
Your agents keep answering for 7 days while Lemon Squeezy tries the card again. Update it from Card, invoices, cancelling. After 7 days, calls stop until the payment goes through; the dashboard stays open so you can pay.
Cancelling
Cancel from the customer portal. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then calls stop. Plans aren’t refunded: the trial is there to try it first. Your calls and agents are kept for 90 days after a plan ends, in case you come back, then deleted; see data retention. To delete everything sooner, write to us.
