An AI voice agent for your business phone.
It answers, books and hands over.
It answers on the number your callers already know. Connect your carrier account in a few clicks, forward the calls you miss, or add it to your phone system. It answers questions, books appointments, takes messages and puts callers through to your team, and you see the summary and exact price of every call.

Your agent in a minute. On your number in a few more.
No sales call and nothing to install. Pick a template or describe your business in a few sentences, and Vorelai writes the agent while you watch. Add your website if you like, hear it, then put it on your number.
- 1
Describe it
Start from one of eight templates, from clinics to IT helpdesks, or write a few sentences. It drafts the greeting, the rules and what it should never do.
- 2
Teach it your business
Give it your website and it reads the pages that matter. Add PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and quick facts like your hours. It answers from them during calls.
- 3
Hear it, then call it
Hear any of the 30 voices, then your own greeting in the one you like, and call your agent from the browser. Interrupt it, ask the hard questions, fix what you don’t like.
Put it on your number. The simplest way first.
Your number stays yours, at the carrier you pay today. Most businesses connect their carrier account and are taking calls in minutes. Already run a phone system? It joins that too.
Connect your Twilio or Telnyx account.
Paste an API key and tick the numbers the agent should answer. Vorelai sets up the connection in your account and sends each number to your agent, so there’s nothing to click through in the carrier’s console.
- The key is used once and stored nowhere. You can delete it right after.
- Nothing bought: your numbers, on your own carrier bill
- Disconnect, and everything we made is removed
No account yet? Open one with either carrier and buy a number there, at their price. We never sell numbers. How to connect a carrier
Keep the number your callers know.
Your mobile or office line rings as it does today. The calls you miss go on to the agent. The dashboard gives you the code or the menu for mobiles, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone, RingCentral and landlines, with your number already in it.
Forwarding, step by stepAlready run a phone system?
Add Vorelai as a trunk on 3CX, FreePBX, Yeastar, Grandstream, Asterisk or any SIP system. Your extensions, queues and transfers stay as they are, with HD voice and encryption where your system supports them.

See every call, even while it happens.
Watch a call live, then read its summary and transcript, play the recording and see what it cost. Invite your team, and if calls ever stop arriving, you’re the first to know.

Three prices, none blended into one rate. Google’s price for the model, plus 25% on top as our fee, comes from credit you top up. Your carrier bills its own minutes at its own price, as it does today. Use your own Gemini key and our fee is zero.

The details that matter once real customers call.
Tells you when calls stop
An email if a number goes quiet, calls are turned away or your key is refused, with the page that fixes it.
Never a dead end
If a call can’t go on, the caller reaches your fallback number, not silence.
HD voice
Wideband audio when your phone line supports it, so names and numbers come through clearly.
Encrypted calls
TLS and SRTP between your phone line and Vorelai. Require it, and nothing unencrypted gets through.
Says it’s an AI
Every agent tells callers it’s an AI assistant as it greets them, unless you switch that off.
Recording with notice
Off until you turn it on. Callers are told, and recordings are deleted after 30 days or the time you choose.
Callers’ data on a schedule
Calls are cleared after the retention you set, and any caller can be deleted on request.
Hosted in Frankfurt
Call records and our call servers are in Frankfurt, Germany, with a GDPR data processing agreement for your callers’ data.
More below. Read the terms, privacy policy, data processing agreement, subprocessors and security pages.

Questions
Something not covered here? Write to support@vorelai.com and we’ll reply by email.
Is Vorelai an AI receptionist?
Yes. It answers your business phone the way a good receptionist does: it greets callers, answers questions from your website and documents, books appointments, takes messages and puts callers through to your team. It picks up at any hour, takes several calls at once, and every call is in your dashboard with its summary and transcript.
Do I need a phone system?
No. Connect your Twilio or Telnyx account, tick a number, and the agent answers it. If you do run one, like 3CX, FreePBX or Yeastar, the agent joins it as a trunk, with every setting shown to copy.
I don’t have a Twilio or Telnyx account. What now?
Open one with either carrier and buy a number there, at their price. It takes a few minutes. We never sell numbers, so the number and its bill stay yours. Then forward your existing number to it, if you like.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number stays where it is. Forward the calls you miss from your mobile or office line, or every call, and the dashboard shows the code or menu for your phone with the number filled in.
Does it work with Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone or 3CX?
Yes. On 3CX, FreePBX, Yeastar, Grandstream, Asterisk or any SIP phone system, it joins as a trunk. From Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone, RingCentral, a mobile or a landline, you forward the calls it should take to a number connected to Vorelai.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Connecting a carrier account is a key and a few ticks, and forwarding is one code on your phone. A phone system needs whoever manages it. Everything happens in the browser, and the help pages explain each step.
What does a call cost?
You top up Vorelai credit in advance, from $25. Each call then takes Google’s price for the Gemini model plus 25% on top as our fee, and your dashboard shows both for every call. A $25 top-up is $25 of credit, and it never expires. Bring your own Gemini key instead and we add nothing: Google bills you directly. Your carrier bills its call minutes as it does today.
What happens when a caller wants a person?
The agent puts them through to the extension, queue or number you chose. If nobody is set, or something goes wrong, the caller goes to your fallback number.
Can it book appointments?
Yes, in Cal.com, with Google Calendar coming soon. It checks your free times, reads the booking back to the caller and books it, and moves or cancels it when they call again. You see it in the call summary too.
Can it look things up in my own systems?
Yes. Add a request to your system’s API, like checking an order or a ticket, and the agent uses it during calls. You can test each one from the dashboard before a caller does.
Does it record calls?
Only if you turn it on, agent by agent. Callers are told as the agent greets them, and recordings are deleted after 30 days, or the time you choose.
Which languages does it speak?
Any language Gemini speaks. It can follow the caller’s language, or stick to the ones you choose.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you can stop the agent from taking calls at any moment. The free trial is there so you can try it first, so plan payments aren’t refunded; unused credit always is. See the refund policy.
Let it take your next call.
Your own agent is a minute away, on the number you already have.
